What is PMYSDP?
The Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Programme is a Government of Pakistan initiative implemented through NAVTTC. Selected candidates can receive free training in trades offered under a particular intake. Course lists, seats, locations and application dates change by batch.
Who can apply?
NAVTTC student guidance currently lists an age range of 18 to 35 years and generally requires Matriculation or above, depending on the course. Applicants must meet the relevant batch requirements and selection process. The official guidance does not support a general 18 to 40 age claim.
Which skills may be offered?
Depending on the intake, areas may include artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital marketing and SEO, graphic design, e-commerce, freelancing, cybersecurity, Python and web development. Check the current official list; a course from a previous batch is not necessarily open now.
How to apply for a free NAVTTC course
- Check the official NAVTTC student and programme pages for an open intake.
- Confirm the trade, location, age and education requirements.
- Verify that the institute and trade are approved for that specific intake.
- Apply through the official NSIS portal and follow the published selection process.
